1. Your name, gender, month and day of birth (year of birth is not required).
2. Name, gender, month and day of birth of the person/people in question (year of birth is not required). If you are unable to provide their month &day of birth, you can provide their sun sign
3. Any other details you feel are relevant or would be beneficial.
4. Email to receive your Twin Flame confirmation. (Please make sure you use the correct email address)

• If you would like to ask about TWO people, please be sure to choose “2 Person Inquiry” under Inquiry Options.
